Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We offer free 3-5 business day UK shipping on all items that are in stock.  For some items we can offer a 24Hr service for £4.99  for orders placed before 2pm on a working day.  However, we do not guarantee 3rd party delivery service and can unfortunately not refund this charge if the courier does not manage to delivery to you within the 24 hour period.  Please note that your order may come in separate packages if the items you buy are stored in different warehouses.  

We use Royal Mail, UPS, DPD and DHL for our shipping as we we find these couriers to be the most reliable.

Yes, we ship Internationally, but unfortunately we can't ship perfumes or liquids outside of the UK.

Pre-Order Items

Please note that if you place an order for an item currently on pre-order then any other items in your order will be held by our warehouse and reserved for you until the pre-order item is in stock.  Your order will then be shipped as a whole once the pre-order item has arrived to us.  If you would like your items all sent individually as soon as they are available please do one of the following:

1. Place two separate orders, or
2. Include in the comments section of your order that you would like the other items shipped immediately, or
3. If you have already placed your order then please feel free to contact us on contact@librababy.co.uk after you have placed your order to request that we ship the other items immediately. 

We do our best to keep all customers up to date about expected dispatch dates, but during busy times (or holidays) we are not always able to.  Please drop us an email at contact@librababy.co.uk if your expected dispatch date has passed and you haven't had a dispatch email.

Undelivered Parcel

Please ensure you enter your address correctly, because we are not able to get postage refunds if a package is undelivered and returned to us.  If your order is returned to us we will either refund you minus the shipping costs you paid, or minus the shipping costs we incurred if you didn't pay for shipping.  If you want us to ship the parcel again then we would have to charge extra for additional shipping.  Our reasons for this is that we do not add a very large margin onto the cost of our products.

EU Customers VAT Rules

If you are shopping from the EU then once you enter your delivery address your order will be adjusted according to new EU VAT rules.  If your shopping basket is worth less than EUR 150 then we will charge you your local VAT rate, which will result in your order being delivered to you without any further charges at the border and hopefully much faster through customs!  If your basket is worth over EUR 150 then you will be pay our VAT exclusive price, and you will be charged your local VAT and/or customs by your courier when the parcel enters your country. 

Shopping from outside the UK

Please be aware that anything you buy from us that is priced over EUR 150 will be subject to Import VAT and customs charges from your own government, and you will be the Importer of Record (IOR).  Please note that if you reject your order due to these costs and the items are returned to us then we will not refund you the shipping costs, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of £5 per item.

We do not accept returns on International Orders.
